The Islamophobia Monitoring Observatory at Egypt's Dar al Ifta hailed on Monday security efforts to identify the perpetrators of Sunday’s church bombing in Cairo.
At least 25 people were killed and 49 others wounded when a bombing hit the Boutrosiya Church next to St. Mark Coptic Orthodox Cathedral in Cairo’s Abbasiya district.
The success of security apparatuses to identify and nab the perpetrators in no time proved their ability to fulfill their duties with regard to stabilizing peace and security throughout Egypt, the observatory said in a statement.
