Minister of Antiquities Khaled Annani on Sunday announced cancelling a celebration marking the 41st anniversary of Luxor Museum that was set for Monday.
The move came in solidarity with the victims of the terrorist blast that targeted the Boutroseya church in Cairo earlier in the day and left scores dead and wounded.
In a released statement, he condemned the recent terrorist operations including also the blast that targeted a mosque in Giza on Friday.
These criminal acts are against all religions and ethical values, he said, adding that terrorists are enemies to all religions.
