Main suspect involved in death of policeman killed during arrest

A man involved in the death of a police station chief in Shubra El Kheima was killed in a fire exchange with the police during his arrest in Qalyubia.
The police had targeted three villages in Qalyubia to arrest the killers of head of Shubra El Kheima police station Lieutenant Colonel Mostafa Lotfy.
But as the forces were approaching one of the hotspots, a fire exchange ensued, leaving the prime suspect in the case dead.
The campaign also led to seizing 13 firearms, 121 bullets of different calibers and 15 drug-dealing cases.
Five wanted elements and 82 criminal fugitives were arrested during the campaign.
