The Egyptian Organization for Crisis Management and Human Rights in North Sinai condemned on Monday a terror attack in Al-Arish that left nine dead, including a conscript, and 37 injured.
"It is the worst humanitarian misery occurred since the June 30 Revolution," read a statement issued by the organization today.
"This gives us, however; an early warning about new techniques used by the terrorist group to destabilize the country," added the statement.
It also called on the governor of North Sinai to swiftly compensate the families of the victims.
At least nine persons, including a conscript, were killed and 37 others wounded in two terrorist attacks in Sinai late on Sunday.
The terrorists targeted a military camp in northern Sinai and a marketplace in Arish with mortar shells.
