The capital of Algerian lives to the beat of Andalusian music as it holds, for the first time, "Andaloussiates" festival. During the first evening of this cultural event, held at Houari Boumediene house of culture at the initiative of the Directorate of culture, artist Salim Fergani from Constantine delighted the audience with his Malouf melodies. Layali El Andalous troop from the province of Setif, composed of young artists, also participated in this show through performing several noubas with an astonishing mastery. This cultural event is meant to revive this art in the province and create an exchange between musicians and artists from across the country, organizers said.
