The Kuwaiti delegation partaking in a festival marking the Algerian city of Tlemcen as the capital of Islamic culture for 2011 is bent on making arrangements for Kuwaiti Cultural Days in Algeria due on Thursday evening. Speaking to KUNA on the event, Assistant Secretary General of National Council for Culture, Arts and Letters (NCCAL) Abdulhadi Al-Ajmi, who leads the Kuwaiti delegation, said artistic exhibitions would be open to the public during all the four days of the festival. The exhibition involves a book fair showcasing several publications of Kuwaiti agencies, together with an Arab and Islamic heritage exhibition, he said. The Kuwaiti national pop art team is making final exercises ahead of the official opening of the Kuwaiti cultural gathering, he added. Kuwait\'s delegation includes NCCAL Director of Administrative Affairs Met\'eb Al-Muhana, Director General of NCCAL Office Ahmad Salem Al-Abaidley, NCCAL Public Relations Coordinator Abdulaziz Al-Baroud.
