People react during an event called "Hugs not Walls" at the banks of the river Rio Bravo, a natural border between the U.S. and Mexico, in Ciudad Juarez in the state of Chihuahua, Mexico. According to local press, the event supplied an opportunity for about 380 families to see their loved ones living on the other side of the border for three minutes.
