As the region’s leading literary event for young people, SCRF 2016 seeks to promote a culture of reading among children and enrich their minds with knowledge. Children taking part in the festival will have the opportunity to develop their skills, build their intellectual capacities and demonstrate their talents to visitors.
An elite group of children’s books authors, artists, and media celebrities will participate in the festival’s workshops and discussion panels.
