The Sheikh Sultan Bin Zayed Al Nahyan 11th International Endurance Festival began at Bhouteib International Endurance Village in AlKhatem City, Abu Dhabi, on Monday.
The six-day race is being organised by the Emirates Heritage Club under the theme ''We lead future of endurance sport''.
Held under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Sultan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the President's Representative and Chairman of the Emirates Heritage Club, the festival features a heritage village and traditional markets and activities in addition to a student’s show.
The events also feature horse beauty contests, equestrian games competitions and show jumping.
