Mariah Carey will crossover into children's literature and release a picture book named after her hit Christmas song, "All I Want for Christmas is You."
According to People, Carey's new book highlights the classic song's lyrics while following the story of a young girl and her dog. The story hits shelves Nov. 10.
"When I wrote 'All I Want for Christmas Is You' it was my dream for it to become a classic Christmas song," Carey told the outlet in a statement. "I am so proud of the song's impact as it continues to create memories for fans each year."
The well-known Christmas love song debuted in 1994 and has since sold over 14 million copies around the world.
"I'm thrilled to be able to bring the story of the song to new generations of families with the picture book," she added.
Carey recently made headlines when she finally received her Hollywood Walk of Fame star after years of stalling. It was revealed at the ceremony the singer and actress will appear on the next season of the hit show Empire.
