Wild Card
Colston’s book is a true “Wild Card” – witty, inspiring, and laugh-out-loud funny, the story follows the journey of frazzled main character Holly. Prompted by a revelation that she’s leading a shallow and purposeless existence – diagnosed by a Cosmo magazine quiz, no less – Holly embarks on a hilarious rollercoaster ride of self-discovery, hoping to find her inner goddess and prove the magazine wrong. Colston self-published The Undiscovered Goddess to rave reviews, and is honored to have been recognized at the Paris Book Festival.
“The whole process—from writing the book to publishing—has been such an amazing adventure, I couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate that than with an IBBY Award. I’m truly honored and blessed!”
