The eight Pan-African Dance Festival (FESPAD) will take place from February 23 to March 3 in all districts of Rwanda, organizers said Thursday. Rica Rwigamba, head of Tourism and Conservation at Rwanda Development Board (RDB), said the festival would include dance performances, fashion shows, concerts and visual art exhibitions.
