Russia\'s growth slows to 1.2% in second quarter

Russia\'s economic growth slowed to 1.2 percent in the second quarter from 1.6 percent in the first three months of 2013, a first official estimate showed on Friday. The first official growth reading from the Federal State Statistics Service also came in below an earlier economic ministry forecast of 1.9-percent expansion and will raise pressure on the central bank to cut interest rates in the coming months to come.
