Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) index gained 97.69 points (+0.90%) when the bourse closed trading at 10,916.99 points Sunday.
The volume of shares traded decreased to 11,827,194 from 13,336,254 on Thursday and the value of shares down to QR350,654,554.19 from QR531,857,356.69 Thursday.
From the 44 companies listed on QSE, shares of 40 saw trading today. From these, 24 gained and 15 companies closed lower, remained one company unchanged Indices of four sectors ended in green and remaining three sectors ended red today.
QSE Total Return Index increased 0.90 to 17,721.41 points. QSE Al Rayan Islamic Index up 0.30 percent to 4,120.22 points and QSE All Share Index gained to 0.86 percent to 2,996.81 points.
