Minister of Industry, Mines and Commerce Mehdi Ghazanfari said Iran and Ukraine have good potential for reaching 1.5 billion dollars’ worth of trade exchange. During the opening ceremony of an exclusive exhibition on Iran’s exports in Kiev, Ukraine, the Iranian minister said the two sides annually enjoy 500 million dollars’ worth of exchange. Ghazanfari further pointed to the considerable opportunities for promotion of Tehran-Kiev relations. About Iran’s ties with world states, the commerce minister said the trade relations are worth about 170 billion dollars annually which indicates Tehran’s important place in the international economic arenas.
