Turkey and China on Tuesday signed a package of trade agreements in the presence of Turkish President Abdullah Gul and Chinese Vice President Xi Jinping, who is currently visiting Ankara . After the signing of the agreements, the Chinese vice president held meetings with senior Turkish officials including President Abdullah Gul, Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan and the Turkish National Assembly Speaker to discuss a number of regional issues foremost was the Syrian crisis.
