Ghassan A.H. Al Sulaiman Trading Est. (Al Ghassan Motors, or AGM), authorized dealer of Infiniti vehicles in Saudi Arabia, is stated to be committed to the Nissan Service Technician Education Program (N-STEP), a major training program in the automotive industry.
Designed by Nissan Motor Co., with the help of Nissan Middle East (NMEF Regional Training Centre in Dubai), this multifaceted and “exceptionally comprehensive” education program provides the company’s service personnel and service front liners with the necessary knowledge base and confidence to adhere to the service slogan: Fix it right the first time and gain customers’ satisfaction.
The N-STEP program has been designed as a broad year-round training platform, which caters to the needs and skill set of every service personnel in the company across various departments and specialties.
It educates employees on various aspects of automotive safety, circuitry, periodic maintenance, pre-delivery inspection, in addition to chassis, engine, electrical systems and use of general tools.
Albert Venter, MD, Al Ghassan Motors-Infiniti, said: “Customers who visit our showroom are not only fascinated by the design and quality of our vehicles, but also enticed by the superlative level of customer service we provide. The N-STEP training program shows how far we have reached in adapting to the numerous challenges associated with pursuing an elite level of customer satisfaction in the automotive industry. And the rewards of that approach are numerous and tangible as we have managed to reinforce our brand image in the Kingdom significantly and drive more customer traffic into our showrooms.”
After a three-month global search for the best up-and-coming engineering talent, 10 finalists from the UAE were selected to progress to the Infiniti Engineering Academy Regional Final, which was held in Dubai on Sept. 25.
