Housing Minister Majid Al-Hugail met with David Dew, SABB managing director, at the bank’s head office in Riyadh in the presence of senior executives from the bank, the Ministry of Housing and the Real Estate Development Fund.
The discussion focused on ways to enhance cooperation and partnership in the field of housing finance, and real estate in general.
Finance products that suit the programs launched by the Real Estate Development Fund in collaboration with local banks were also discussed.
Dew welcomed the visit of the minister, which he said reflected the ministry’s care and belief in effective communication with the private sector in order to achieve the vision of the government to facilitate citizens to own houses.
He confirmed SABB’s desire to achieve the aspirations of the citizens and to provide better services and products to the bank’s customers in this field.
Dew said that SABB with all its available channels is ready to communicate with customers, and receive and process their applications promptly.
He pointed out that the present prestigious status of SABB in the field of real estate financing is attributed to the distinctive products offered by the bank to its customers, besides its flexibility and promptness in processing the customers’ applications.
