Sabban Group, has announced that its iconic residential twin-towers, Bayat Plaza, is now almost complete and would be handed over to investors by December.
Located off the intersection of Madinah Road and King Abdullah Road in Jeddah, the “Bayat Plaza” project is the first of its kind in Saudi Arabia, and is being developed by Al-Manazil L.L.C., Sabban’s development arm, and sold exclusively through Sloanes Real Estate Brokers.
The project will include two neighboring towers that will offer 266 luxury residences including two-bedroom apartments, three- and four-bedroom “Sky Villas” and five-bedroom penthouses.
“We are very pleased with the progress of Bayat Plaza and delighted to announce that we are currently on schedule for a timely completion in just nine months,” said Badr Al-Sabban, the newly-appointed managing director of Al-Manazil L.L.C.
“The Sabban Group prides itself on serving clients with transparency and honesty to meet contractual handover date. This confirms our commitment to our investors,” he said.
Arron Browne, managing director of Sloanes Real Estate Brokers, said: “As a broker, it is refreshing to be able to communicate to our investors that their investment is not only increasing in value but is also on target to be delivered as per their contract.”
Investors of Bayat Plaza will be serviced by a 2,250-square meter retail space. Bayat Boulevard, a boutique shopping mall on the ground floor of the project, will offer residents and the public a host of new and exciting outlets. The first floor of Bayat Plaza will be exclusive for residents and will include function rooms, play rooms, games room, business centers and the unique Sky Gardens.
“We are passionate about being innovative and for offering something modern, different... in Jeddah. Our Sky Villas perfectly bridge the gap between a traditional villa and high-rise living space,” Al-Sabban said.
A full mock-up of Bayat Plaza apartment is available for viewing at Sloanes Real Estate showroom and an on-site marketing suit is expected to open at “Bayat Plaza” soon.
