The Qatar Exchange was pursued its upswing trend Sunday down 11.91 points or 0.14% to 8,536.35 points from the previous closing of 8,548.26. The volume of shares traded was up to 10,059,774 from 8,913,727 Thursday and the value of shares decreased to QR 210,403,967.75 from QR 233,176,698.43 on Thursday. Top gainers were Qatar Islamic Bank which was down 0.64% to QR 77.30, Comm. Bank of Qatar lost 0.28% to QR 71.80, United Dev. Company decrease 0.39% to QR 17.95 and Vodafone Qatar gain by 4.32% to QR 9.18. Today the Qatar Banking and Financial sector gain 0.40 points while the Qatar industrial sector lost 6.28 points and the Services sector down 43.61points.
