The volume of shares traded up to 7,874,851 from 6,485,189 on Sunday, and the value of shares increased to QR257,439,966.28 from QR 255,334,702.31 Sunday. Among the top losers were Barwa whose share dropped by 1.32% to QR33.75,Electricity & Water fell 2.00% to QR147.00, Qatar Insurance down 1.61% to QR79.50 and Gulf International lost 5.16% to QR27.75. Today the Qatar Banking and Financial sector fell 76.71 points while the Insurance sector down 29.65 points. The Qatar industrial sector dropped 112.37 points and the Services sector lost 103.35 points.
