The Building and Construction Exhibition 2011 was inaugurated by Minister of Public Works and State Minister for Municipal Affairs Fadhel Safar at Kuwait International Fairgrounds on Sunday. The exhibition which continues until 28 May, is showcasing the latest building materials produced locally and internationally, the minister told reporters at the launch of the event. Over 50 companies are taking part in the exhibition; which is precisely offering, as well as building materials, sanitary materials, wooden-based materials, iron structures, water storage units, and tiles among other objects, Kuwait International Fairground official, Abdulrahman Al-Nassar said. These companies, on the occasion of the event, are offering consumers lucrative deals and discounts, in addition to building consultation at the hand of specialists in the field.
