The Qatar Exchange was down on Sunday 213.20 points or 2.51% to 8,277.61 points from the previous closing of 8,490.81. The volume of shares traded was up to 12,203,198 from 7,108,365 on Thursday, and the value of shares increased to QR551,995,337.84 from QR308,734,880.01 Thursday. Among the top losers were Barwa Real Estate whose share dropped by 4.50% to QR29.70, Doha Bank lost 4.40% to QR54.30, Qatar Navigation down 4.64% to QR78.10 and Gulf International fell 3.93% to QR26.90. Today the Qatar Banking and Financial sector dropped 367.62 points while the Insurance sector fell 129.65 points. The Qatar industrial sector down 129.65 points and the Services sector lost 136.12 points.
