Reese Witherspoon and daughter Ava look like twins

Like mother, like daughter.
Thursday night, Reese Witherspoon posted a photograph with her daughter Ava. The resemblance between the actress and her 15-year-old daughter with Ryan Phillipe, is uncanny, the duo looks like twins.

Just before walking the red carpet for Hot Pursuit, Witherspoon took to Instagram to share the photo of the two, writing,"Me and my girl ready for #HotPursuit premiere! @avaphillippe"

Ava posted the same pic with her mother on her page, captioning the photo: me and my "straight-shooter"

The sweet photo shows the mother embracing her teenage daughter, who happens to be on trend with her blue locks. The two share the same features from their eyes to their smiles.

Before the red carpet event, the Oscar-winning actress and Hot Pursuit co-star, Sofia Vergara, have been on a press tour for the film for the passed several weeks revealing that their were some incidents during filming, like Witherspoon's popped ovary and Vergara almost getting her teeth knocked out.

The film is out in theaters May 8.
