Three people were killed and five others were injured when a gas cylinder exploded at a home in Karachi, Pakistan, on Sunday, police said. The dead were identified as 5-year-old Chahat, 8-year-old Sagheer and 55-year-old Gulam Haider, Geo TV News reported. Police said the cylinder exploded due to a gas leak in the house, Gulf News reported. A bomb disposal squad was called to the scene to examine the wreckage to determine whether there were any explosive materials in the house, police officer Nadeem Ahmed said.
