At least one was killed and ten others were injured in a handgrenade attack in Pakistan's southern port city of Karachi on Saturday afternoon, reported local media Geo. According to the report, the attack took place at about 3:30 p. m. local time when unknown miscreants hurled a handgrenade at a scrap shop in the Bara Board area of the city, leaving a ten-year- old child killed and ten others injured. All the injured have been shifted to Abbasi Hospital. Conditions of the injured are not known at this point. A motorbike, a rickshaw and two nearby shops were also damaged in the blast. The miscreants fled the scene after the attack. No group has claimed responsibility for the attack.
