Nine elements of Al Bunyan Al Marsous (Solid Structure) forces were killed and 46 others injured in clashes with Daesh militants in central Sirte city.
In statements on Monday, spokesman for Misrata Central Hospital Akram Gliwan said the health condition of those injured is stable.
The bodies of the dead were moved to the hospital's morgue, he added.
