A tripartite meeting on the Libyan crisis was held at the Arab League's premises on Tuesday under AL Secretary General Ahmed Abul Gheit, former Tanzanian President Jakaya Kikwete and Martin Kobler, the Special Representative of the UN secretary general and Head of the UN Support Mission in Libya (UNSMIL).
The meeting aims at coordinating Arab, African and UN efforts to encourage political dialogue among all Libyan parties.
The meeting also probes ways to render the democratic transition in Libya a success.
