Iraqi forces and US-led coalition warplanes killed 32 Daesh militants in Nineveh and Kirkuk in northern Iraq, the Iraqi Joint Operations Command said on Monday.
US-led coalition jets killed 12 terrorists in southern Mosul in Nineveh province and shelled a number of Daesh positions in various areas of Mosul killing nine terrorists, including a Daesh leader.
The jets also shelled a Daesh position in Mosul, killing three Daesh leaders, local sources in Nineveh said.
Meanwhile, Peshmerga foiled a Daesh attack on a Peshmerga position in southern Kirkuk, leaving eight terrorists dead and others injured.
