At least five Daesh terrorists, including three suicide bombers, were killed Monday in the northern governorate of Salah el Din during clashes with Iraqi forces.
Clashes erupted as a group of Daesh terrorists sneaked into Samarra city and waged an attack.
Yet, Iraqi forces repelled that attack and inflicted heavy losses on the terrorists, the military cell of the Iraqi Joint Operation Command said.
Samaraa clashes left five people killed and injured, the military cell noted, adding that Iraqi soldiers combed the area as the curfew was lifted.
