As many as 670 Iraqis were killed and 1,290 others wounded in terror and violent acts in in February across Iraq, the United Nations Assistance Mission for Iraq (UNAMI) said in a statement on Tuesday.
The figures included 410 civilians killed and 1,050 others wounded.
Baghdad is the most affected city, where 277 civilians were killed in the acts.
According to the UNAMI, the death toll in January hit 849 people, while the injured amounted to 1,450 persons.
Iraq is currently witnessing a wave of violence since the terrorist Daesh group took control of parts of Iraq's northern and western regions in June 2014.
