The Iraqi air forces targeted a post of Daesh terrorist group leaving one of the organization leader's aide known as Abu Osama as well as number of his companions in Tel Saqf village killed as part of the military operations of liberating Mosul.
A force from squad 17 killed extremist Harby Abdel Gawad Mosarie, aka Abu Hisham, in southern Baghdad on Saturday.
The Iraqi jets foiled an attack on the troops deployed in northern Salahuldin and killed more than 30 terrorists, the Iraqi Defense Ministry said.
The Iraqi planes shelled Daesh posts in Tal Kayf and Tel Saqf in northern Mosul leaving dozens of extremists dead and dismantled a booby-trapped car that attempted to target the Iraqi forces.
It also killed number of gunmen inside a house and shelled a vehicle equipped with machine guns in Shura region in southern Mosul.
The air raids destroyed a big post for preparing booby-tapped cars and killed the terrorists inside in Mosul.
Meanwhile, the jets of the US-led international coalition implemented air strikes which damaged three posts of Daesh in Nineveh.
