Iraqi forces on Tuesday foiled an infiltration attempt by Daesh terrorists into al Rutba district, southwestern al Anbar province.
According to a security source, the security forces foiled the attempt by armed members of the terrorist group and killed several of them. Also a vehicle of the terrorists was destroyed, he added.
Meanwhile, two bombs, that were planted by terrorists, went off earlier in the day in Glolaa area, leaving two soldiers and a civilian slightly wounded, according to a military source.
They were carried to hospital for medical treatment, added the military source.
