The Iraqi Minister of Migration and Displacement Jassim Mohammed Al Jaff on Wednesday said more than 430,000 civilians, including over 235,000 from western Mosul, have been displaced since the massive operation to fight ISIIS was launched.
He pointed out that there are 16,000 housing units as well as 9 centers to receive the displaced, adding that they will be granted a financial grant.
