A total of 22 ISIS militants were killed in northern Syria over the last 24 hours as part of Operation Euphrates Shield, the Turkish military said Wednesday.
Turkish jets hit 40 ISIS targets in Syria's Al-Bab region, said a Turkish General Staff statement A total of 160 ISIS targets including shelters, defense points, command and control facilities, and vehicles used by ISIS militants were destroyed with heavy support from land and air.
Turkish jets destroyed 29 shelters, three headquarters, one weapons depot, three armed vehicles, and four vehicles, including two cars armed as bombs. Three handmade explosives were also neutralized. Since the beginning of the operation 2,845 handmade explosives and 43 mines have been neutralized under controlled conditions.
