More than 120 members of Syrian regime and opposition forces were killed Friday in heavy fighting for a town north of Aleppo city, Sky News quoted the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights as saying.
The Britain-based monitor said rebels had regained control of more than half of the town of Ratyan in the fierce clashes, leaving about 60 opposition fighters and 60 regime forces dead.
