The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) on Friday said Warplanes launched on Friday two airstrikes in Syria's Douma of Damascus countryside for the first time since a ceasefire went into effect.
The identity of the warplanes was not immediately clear, but no casualties were reported, the SOHR added in a statement.
Meanwhile, rebel group Jaish al Islam on Friday accused the Syrian regime's forces of mobilizing to seize more opposition-held territory.
SOHR quoted head of the group's political office Mohamad Alloush as saying that the government's forces have already taken areas since a cessation of hostilities agreement came into effect on Saturday.
"There are big violations by the regime and occupation of new areas, the use of all types of weapons, particularly planes and barrel bombs in some areas, and mobilizations to occupy very important strategic areas," he added.
Alloush said that aid delivered in recent days to opposition-held areas blockaded by the government "is not enough to meet 10 percent of the needs, and nothing has entered most of the areas." (MENA)
