Cairo - Mustafa Ahmed
Egyptian actress Samira Ahmed revealed that she has not been attracted towards any of the drama works presented during the recent years despite the increasing number of series. She added that most of works presented recently carry the same idea, stressing the need for the emergence of a new generation of authors.
She added, in a statement to “Arabs Today”, that there are a large number of works containing violence, while they ignore a large number of social issues witnessed in the Egyptian community. She blamed the producers for the emergence of such useless works, saying that they give priority to profits and financial gains at the expense of content
