The Kuwaiti star, Abdallah Rwaished, has visited Palestine on the invitation of Palestinian President, Mahmoud Abbas. Rwaished travelled to the West Bank as part of a delegation of prominent Arab figures. Abbas welcomed Rwaished to the country. Rwaished expressed his happiness at being in Palestine, which he holds very dear to his heart. He said that Palestine has religious meaning for Arabs because of the Al Aqsa Mosque, which he said “was honoured to visit and pray at.” The artist held a concert during his visit which was by attended by 12,000 Palestinians.
