Transport Minister Hani Dahi said on Sunday that the government is mulling over raising the price of metro ticket.
He added that the Egyptian Company for the Management and Operation of Cairo Metro would divide the metro fare according to the number of metro stations.
The minister made these remarks during his participation in the meeting held between International Cooperation Minister Naglaa el-Ahwani and French Ambassador in Cairo Andre Baran on the occasion of the signature of the protocol on funding the second and three phases of Metro's third line.
