Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stressed Thursday that the United States and Israel are each other's greatest allies and have no choice but to work together.
Speaking to NBC television in his first US media interview since his election victory, Netanyahu said the countries have many differences but in the end "we'll work together, we have to ... because we have no other alternative."
