Four suspects in the attacks that claimed 15 lives and wounded more than 100 people in northeast Spain were charged Tuesday with "terror-related murder" and other offences, a judicial source said.

They were charged with "belonging to a terrorist organisation, terror-related murder and possession of explosives," said the source, who wished to remain anonymous. The judge has yet to decide whether to remand them in custody.
