Low-cost airline Germanwings said it will hold a news conference later Tuesday on the crash of one of its Airbus A320 jets in the French Alps.
The press conference will be held at 1400 GMT at Cologne-Bonn airport in western Germany, a spokeswoman told AFP.
Germanwings had earler issued a statement saying it had not yet had "any own confirmed information" over the crash of a plane en route to Duesseldorf from Barcelona, with French officials saying all 148 people on board have perished.
