Cairo – Taha Hafiz
Egyptian actress Ghada Adel has spoken to Arabstoday about how she went about her latest role in her current television series, "Ser Alany" (Declared Secret), “I felt when I am playing my role in ‘Ser Alany’, I am playing a real character and I can see it moving in front of me, Dr Amina's character is written in a professional way which made it a real character. Good and evil is inside her like any human and they appear at certain times,” she said, Adel added: “I did not expect one day that I’ll participate in Ramadan in two series but the opportunity made me challenge myself and I am satisfied with the people’s reaction, especially to the two roles in ‘Ser Alany’. I am playing the role of an academic professor and in 'Farah el-Omda' (The Chief's Wedding) I play a local girl. So, there is no similarity between the two roles.” She continued: “I want to thank all stars and who worked in the two series, without them this success couldn’t be achieved." “Ser Alany” stars Eyad Nassar, Maya Nasry and Ahmed Fahmy. The series is written by Mohamed Nayer and directed by Ghada Selim.
