TOMS Shoes is rolling out a new "luxury" line under the name TOMS+. “We’ve spent a lot of time creating this line, picking out premium materials and using different design techniques,” founder Blake Mycoskie said of the collection.Priced between $100 and $140, The Fall 2012 collection of TOMS+ can be found at Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman and American Rag later this year.
