Topshop and Topman opened its second U.S. store in Chicago Thursday, and brought pop star Miley Cyrus, Arcadia owner Sir Philip Green and many models to the Magnificent Mile. The store, located at 830 N. Michigan Ave., will offer exclusive Chicago-only lines, as well as their international collection. The three-floor store includes a shoe lounge, lingerie, makeup, accessories and more.
