British leather bag and accessories brand Zatchels has announced it will open 20 new stores in the UK to diversify its product offering and embark on an aggressive plan to triple annual sales to £10m within three years. Zatchels currently have one boutique, a 1,000 sq ft unit on The Shambles in York and two outlet stores in Leicester and Braintree, Essex, as well as a kiosk store in Westfield, London. Two new stores will open this year, with up to seven next year and the remainder in 2016. Zatchels aims to establish its brand further as not just a leather satchel company and add more to its portfolio of bags and accessories.
