Balsamico, Kuwait’s first Italian restaurant has opened at The Regency. The restaurant’s interior has hand painted walls with paintings. The restaurant serves à la carte and is open for dinner from Monday to Saturday. Catering for couples, families and special occasions, the restaurant has a seating capacity of 48 covers. The authentic line up includes Astice alla catalane (lobster catalane style with cherry tomatoes and onions), Gamberoni alla diavola (king prawns with spicy Italian tomato sauce), Calzone alla Balsamico (traditionally folded pizza with vegetables, cheese and our chef’s special sauce) and homemade pastas and ravioli with fillings.
