The St Regis Abu Dhabi has opened its Italian restaurant – Villa Toscana. This is a residential dining destination catering to up-market patrons and global visitors. The restaurant offers its visitors hand-crafted, regional Italian specialties from Tuscany, Umbria, and Emilia-Romagna. “In an era of quickly-passing fine dining experiences, Villa Toscana offers food prepared to exacting standards by the chef himself,” said Ruben Gabiño, director of food and beverage, The St Regis Abu Dhabi.
