Dr. Fred Kofman, Vice President of Leadership and Organisational Development at LinkedIn, the business and employment-oriented social networking service, recently took part in a special workshop in Dubai about executive leadership transformation that was hosted by Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, DEWA.

DEWA’s top officials attended the workshop to learn about the important role of senior leadership in policy development and innovation.

"Dr. Kofman commended DEWA’s senior leadership, who believe in change according to a specific vision. They identify the projects and strategic initiatives according to change management and work," DEWA said in a press release.
